Hillary Clinton did not comply with policy on email records: reports

The U.S. State Department announced Wednesday that former former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not comply with policies for email preservation, according to a State Department Inspector General report. The report said Clinton did not surrender all emails dealing with the Department before leaving government service which is in violation of Federal Records Act policies.
