Former Ford employees speak out on sexual harassment in Chicago

Eight women speak out at a hearing on sexual harassment and discrimination in the Ford Motor Company factories in Chicago, Illinois, as the auto giant faces accusations by dozens of employees. The New York Times published in December an extensive account of pervasive harassment and mistreatment of women at the factories dating back to the 1990s.
