Two thieves were tonsured and paraded on allegations of stealing cattle in Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia on Wednesday. They were paraded with a placard carrying the word 'gai chor' at Rasda village in Ballia district. Police have taken the two cow thieves into custody and are trying to identify those who tried to disturb the atmosphere by tonsuring and parading the two men publicly. The police said a case was lodged against the two thieves on the complaint of cow owners. Watch this video to find out more.
