Ingredients:
10 grade A eggs
450g high grade butter
200g hong kong flour
100g horlicks
160g castor sugar
1 small bottle of pandan paste
1 tablespoon ovallette
340g sweetened condensed milk
1 small tin kaya
100g santan powder
1 tspoon vanilla essence
Method:
1.Beat eggs,sugar and ovallette till fluffy at high speed.
2.In a different bowl,beat butter with milk till creamy.Add in coconut powder,and continue beating till well-combined.
3.Put together the eggs and butter mixture.Mix.
4.Then,add in the kaya,pandan paste and horlicks.Mix well.
5.Finally,add in the flour and vanilla essence.Stir until well-combined.
6.Prepared a baking tray that has been rubbed with butter earlier on.pout some othe batter and spread
evenly(approximately 5 tabsp)
7.Bake the first layer on top grill until golden brown.Repeat the same process until finished.
8.For the final layer,bake for a while on top heat till brown and then bake on lower heat for 10 minutes.
9.Take out from the oven and let it to cool,then cut to desired shape.
