The sisters of Bijan Ebrahimi have spoken of their shock at the latest report, which concluded that police repeatedly failed to protect him. Mr Ebrahimi, a disabled Iranian refugee, was subjected to a seven-year-long hate campaign by his neighbours which culminated in his murder in July 2013. The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) revealed that Mr Ebrahimi had made 85 calls to Avon and Somerset Police between 2007 and 2013. Report by Jonesia.
