00:00We need to empower the police, train the police, give them the resources so they can tackle anti-Semitism wherever
00:06it raises its ugly head.
00:08We support the right to protest, the right to free speech.
00:11When that is hijacked by people who are spreading hate, the police need to be able to go and make
00:16those arrests.
00:17And in some cases, if a potential protest looks like it's going to be very dangerous, to step in too.
00:23So we need to back the police. We need to give them the training and the powers to stamp out
00:27anti-Semitism.
00:29Do you think that people who attend these pro-Palestine marches are anti-Semitic?
00:33There are many people who are protesting who are not anti-Semitic, who have legitimate arguments to put and want
00:41to be heard.
00:42And we should support that in our democracy. Free speech and the right to protest is really, really important.
00:48Unfortunately, though, some of these protests have been hijacked by people who are anti-Semitic and we need to make
00:54sure the police are able to step in.
