Pit Bull Attacks Man in Luxury Manhattan High Rise

Midtown, Manhattan on August 25, 2017: At around 9 am this morning two men, a tenant in a luxury building and his visitor, got into an altercation during which the tenant set his pit bull on the other man. The victim received dog bites to his arms and was transported to Bellevue Hospital. The tenant was described by police as an Emotionally Disturbed Person and was also transported Bellevue due to his distressed state.
