This video shows one of the three police officers who were attacked by a man weilding a meat cleaver in New York City on September 15, walking away from the scene with his shirt lifted from his lower back. He was accompanied by two fellow officers.The man armed with a meat cleaver was shot near Penn Station in Manhattan on September 15, after attacking three New York City police officers, according to local reports. New York Police Commissioner William Bratton told media three officers were hospitalized at Bellevue, one of whom was struck in the head and sustained a “significant injury.”
Bratton said the suspect, identified by police as Akram Joudeh, was in a critical condition.
