Apple Speeds Up iPhone X Production For Holidays

Initially, Foxconn's facilities could only produce about 50,000-150,000 iPhone X units a month, which resulted in a scarce number of available units at launch. Now the numbers are reportedly closer to 450-550,000 units-a-month. That's good news for Apple just weeks before the holidays with production for the fourth quarter estimated to be 15 to 20% higher than originally estimated. Customers who thought they wouldn't be receiving their phone until the new year might be in for a surprise.
