Manchester Police Officer Rolls Away to Avoid Collision With Passing Vehicle

An officer with the Manchester (New Jersey) Police Department avoided being hit by a passing vehicle while investigating a crash earlier this month. This dashcam video shows the officer rolling away from the speeding vehicle.Manchester Police said the officer stopped to investigate reports of a struck deer.
