8 children now dead from IKEA dresser

Another child has died, after reportedly getting trapped in an IKEA Malm three-drawer chest. According to CNN, the furniture store issued a recall reminder on Tuesday as a result of the child's death, which happened in May. Ikea says that there have been "186 reports of Malm dressers tipping, 91 of them resulted in injuries," and eight children have died, since 1989. Ikea set up a website listing all of their recalled dressers. They're also refunding customer's money who have bought the dressers and are offering a free kit to fasten the furniture to the wall.
