Ingredients:

1kg Minced Meat (Keema)

250gm Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)

2 Onions (Roughly chopped)

10 Green Chillies (Roughly chopped)

12 Dried Red Chillies (Roughly chopped)

2 Inch Ginger (Roughly chopped)

3 Green Cardamoms

1 Black Cardamom

2 Inch Cinnamon Stick

6 Cloves

8 Peppercorns

1 Star Anise (Chakra Phool)

1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

3 tsp Salt

Half Glass of Water
