Surprise Borla Exhaust Install For My Grandpas Mercury Grand Marquis!

  • hace 6 años
In this very special video, we team up with Borla to make one of my Grandpas dreams come true, adding a dual exhaust to his Mercury! As someone who takes great pride in their vehicles, Papa loves his chrome and loves a good sounding V8 engine. Hes always eager to talk about cars hes had in the past, but one thing hes always quick to point out is that his Mercury Grand Marquis, which he bought back in 2003, is the only car hes had that doesnt have a fory or aftermarket dual exhaust system. Its always something he wanted to do, but never got around to doing it. After installing a couple Borla setups on my own vehicles, Ive become a big fan of the brand. Papa will be 93 this year and while he doesnt drive much anymore, he still loves his Mercury. Im so proud to have been able to work with Borla in doing this for him. His reions and excitement was priceless! Of course, as with my other exhaust install videos, this will be a two part videothat not only highlights a great sounding exhaust system, but if youre considering a similar setup on your car, youll be able to see what its all about. This video focuses on meeting papa and discussing the project, installation of the exhaust, some before and after shots, initial impressions, a start up with open manifolds, and all of Papas reions! The second video will be my new Pure Sound video format. As the name suggests, that video will focus entirely on sound, demonstrating the exhaust setup in a variety of ways from different camera angles, static revs and inboard driving shots to acceleration, GoPro bumper shots, cold starts and more. I hope you guys enjoy and Im more than happy to answer any and all questions to the best of my abilities! \r
