Info from Licensor: "Halloween 2017 (10/31/2017). At my home in Arcadia. We had set out a bowl of candy for trick-or-treaters to take. I looked out the window to see if anyone had taken some candy and noticed that the whole bowl was missing. I looked back at the video footage and saw a young woman come up to the bowl and take the whole thing."
