Hello there my lovelies! i hope youre doing great on this very fine day!! i have been on youtube searching for a really good tutorial on the naked 3 palette by urban decay, and they all seemed pretty much in the same style of lighter in the inner corner and then darker on the outer v, so i wanted to do this spotlight effect, to just be different and make my video a little more unique with this palette. \r
