LCACs and USS Bonhomme Richard

PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (July 9, 2008) - Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) vehicles , assigned to Assault Craft Unit 5, ferry equipment from Ford Island to USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) in preparation for amphibious exercises as part of RIMPAC 2008. RIMPAC is the world's largest multinational exercise scheduled biennially by U.S. Pacific Fleet.
