Cinematic video with a BEBOP 2 - Part 6 - Low River Run

Somewhere between Annecy, France and Geneva Switzerland there is a rest stop near a small town. We went hunting for little hidden rivers for future photoshoots and of course test the low altitude power management which Parrot states has improved after the BEBOP 2 Firmware V4.3.1 Update. This is confirmed the low altitude flights were lengthy and battery performance has greatly improved when flying below 8M this is when the sonar and bottom camera use visual tracking to hold its position. I must note that flying very low to water requires allot of attention as this is not the best way to fly the BEBOP 2. But if you do like these types of perspectives and want to fly your bebop this low keep your hands on the controls and increase the altitude when it drops, this I think is because of the moving water it can not get a visual lock. Apart from that it is very easy to fly over water at low altitude with attention to altitude adjustments. After over 250 flights with the BEBOP 2 it was time to replace the props and the rubber shocks between the chassis and the cabin. Always ensure to buy your propellers directly from Parrot to ensure the best flight and safety of you and others.
