What are Some Negative Things a New CDL Truck Driver Puts Up With

This video for new CDL truck drivers discusses the negative aspects of the commercial truck driver job, since one of my subscribers asked me what Ive seen out here that isnt good.\r

I do understand as a new driver the company has you do things for their bottom line benefit, but I think the companies that fix these types of issues FIRST will have the most driver retention and new driver hires.\r

Its a just a few things Ive seen that can and should be adjusted so new drivers dont feel so taken advantage of, but its also why most folks jump into owner operator fairly quickly since these types of things cant happen once you own your own truck.\r
