9 year old on a SSR 140 TR. Will he ride or wreck??

9 year old wants to ride a bigger dirt bike and cant reach the ground so will he be able to ride or will he wreck the dirt bike. He has been wanting to ride but he cant touch the ground with his feet so I Im a little nervous with him riding this dirt bike,\r
