North Korea fired a second missile over Japan on Friday. The missile flew over and into the Pacific Ocean. “The range of this test was significant since North Korea demonstrated that it could reach Guam with this missile,” Union of Concerned Scientists Citizens living in northern Japan received early morning messages warning them to seek refuge due to the missile.
