Getting home from work to find your apartment flooded would be a living nightmare, right? Chang Jiu-tse left his new puppy on the porch while he was away for the day but he wasn't expecting to come home to this. The pooch had managed to turn on the water spigot and the whole apartment on the ninth floor of the building flooded with inches of water.
