Dashcam footage shows a July 2016 traffic stop outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Cobb County Lt. Greg Abbott reportedly pulled over a woman for a suspected DUI. In the video, the officer appears to reassure her that she won’t be harmed because they “only kill black people.”
