to study the
aerodynamics of
aircrafts (other than the
wind tunnel method)..
Types:
#1. On Whirling arms -
the model is attached to
one end of long arm,
which is rotated about
the other end.
#2. By experiments in
water
instead of air.
#3. By experiments in
actual flight.
