What is a Public Adjuster?
• Public Adjusters are trained professionals who are employed solely by the property owner who has suffered a loss to their insured property.
• A Public Adjuster handles every detail of the claim working with the insured to provide the most equitable and prompt settlement. Immediately after the loss as your Public Adjuster, MLM will inspect the loss site, assess the damages, gather the information and data for preparing an estimate, refer the policy and determine current coverage so that he/she may serve the client’s needs not the insurance company.
Why do I need a Public Adjuster?
• Insurance companies will have their own experts and adjusters to assess the damage through the insurance company’s eyes and procedures.
