Drug Users in Elevator Evade Security Guard and Police

At 6:20am, two men enter an elevator at a shopping center. The bald man pulls out a syringe and puts it into the second man’s arm. A Stealth Monitoring remote security operator sees the drug activity and calls the on-site security guard. According to the video report, the on-site security guard hung up the phone before they could receive a description of the loiterers.

Stealth Monitoring calls the local police. The drug users leave the elevator. A police officer arrives at the shopping center and presses the elevator button. Multiple vagrants leave the area.
