Twitter is a great marketing tool for sports teams, with some teams offering giveaways and prizes, like free tickets. The Nashville Predators, who were in the Stanley Cup Finals this year, ran a promotion for free tickets on Twitter in June and one very unlucky fan won them. Why is he unlucky? Because he didn't know he had won them until today. The fan, Aaron Fudge, hadn't checked Twitter since early June so when he logged in today, he found a pair of Stanley Cup tickets waiting for him, only one month too late. Here's hoping the Predators take pity on Aaron and maybe give him to a game this year.
