Info from Licensor: "My partner and I were driving home in the early evening on Sunday, June 4 when I noticed the crazy clouds hovering over Downtown Dallas. So we took an alternate route to avoid the rain. We took the Hampton-Inwood Bridge over the Trinity River that gives a clear vantage point of Downtown Dallas and that's when I saw the incredible sight. So I began taking photos and then a video."
