North Korea threatens to attach nuclear warhead to missile

North Korea media reported the missile it tested on Sunday has the capabilities to hold a large nuclear warhead. The Hwasong-12 missile flew approximately 489 miles, according to the state news agency KCNA. North Korea warned the U.S. not to provoke action from the country, noting that the missiles are in range of U.S. mainland operations. South Korea's new President Moon Jae-in encouraged dialogue with North Korea to denucleraize.
