Parts of Northern Arkansas Underwater Due to Levee Failure

Parts of northern Arkansas were nearly completely underwater after a levee failure along the Black River led to severe flooding in the Pocahontas area on Wednesday, May 3.This drone footage shows flooding near Portia, Hoxie and Black Rock, south of Pocahontas. Black Rock is about 16 miles from Pocahontas and borders the Black River.
