Do you carry a spare magazine? Some people do and some people don't. It's definitely something you want to consider doing if you concealed carry, as there are plenty of arguments for and against doing so.

If you're going to carry a backup magazine, there are a few different ways that people do it.

Some people will stash a spare magazine in a pocket. You can easily hide most magazines in a pocket and conceal that you're carrying one. However, not all magazines are small enough to hide in a pocket, so not everyone will be able to do this. You can also snag the top round inside the pocket and wind up with rounds floating around in your pants pockets.

Another trick that some people use is to use a tool pouch to carry a spare magazine, like what you'd put a multitool or pocket knife in. Not all magazines will fit, so this only works for some people.

The best way to carry a spare magazine is with a mag carrier of some kind. There are a lot of designs on the market and carrying a mag carrier is not much different than carrying a gun in a holster.

Some magazine holsters are designed to be carried inside the waistband, and IWB magazine carriers are very popular for concealed carry as they are very easy to conceal. Many magazine holsters are also designed to be carried outside the waistband and directly on the belt. While not as easily concealed as IWB magazine holsters, some designs are very easily concealed with an untucked shirt.

Some magazine carriers allow for inside and outside the waistband carry, and are adjustable to be worn in nearly any position. These would be the models to acquire, as it allows for the most variety of use.
