Delta kicks man off flight for using bathroom during delay

Delta Air Lines is under fire after a video emerged of a man being kicked off a flight from Atlanta to Milwaukee after he went to use the restroom during a delay. Initially, the passenger, Kima Hamilton, 39, walked to the back of the plane to use the bathroom before a flight attendant asked him to sit down. Hamilton returned to his seat, but decided to eventually use the restroom as the delay continued. An official then confronted Hamilton and asked him to get off of the plane.
