Documentary (2017) - 26 Episodes

This is a short 8 day vacation trip from Los Angeles, California to Nice, France and then on to Lyon, France and then back home via Air France. The trip begins in Grasse, France where my brother Pierre Poire lives with his family. Pierre is a 5 star chef by all means of the word. From here, we travelled to Lyon via the TGV. Our cousin drove in from Switzerland for the last day of our trip. Lyon is an amazing city.

00:00For the fish, by example, I don't find the same kind of fish here, and the taste is very different.

00:12When you go in Hong Kong, there is a restaurant, you find all fish in the world.
00:23My partner explained to me, there is a big big restaurant in Hong Kong,
00:31and they have a lot of aquarium, but they have a lot of quality of fish, but in live.
00:47And here, in France, we find a king crab, but only frozen.
00:58But in Hong Kong, they have like, it's nice, and it's better when it's like, than the food.
01:08But whisky, I find in all places, and yes, I'm happy.
01:17Normally, in Los Angeles, American people prefer Bourbon.
