In a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom OG, Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley showed signs of progress when it comes to co-parenting their one daughter together, Leah. The former couple attempted to make plans to celebrate her birthday together, but Gary explained that certain places are off limits…because of a budget!
