• Being in the aircon industry for a long period. We heard all kinds of stories, especially when we conduct interview for aircon technician. On many occasion, we heard from applicants that their employers expect them to help improve their companies' profitability by cheating on their customers. They cheat their customers to do topping up of gas on a regular basis regardless of whether the aircon is leaking gas or not. Sad to say that such unethical practices are still a norm in the industry.
