Dog a bit worse for wear after eating cannabis 'joint' while out walking

Footage has emerged of a dog in the vets after he allegedly ate some cannabis he found while out for a walk with his owner in a park.

The video, filmed in Goole in the north of England, shows the poor dog looking a little worse for wear inside the vets.
