Trump On Freedom Caucus: 'We Must Fight Them'

On Thursday, President Trump lashed out at the Freedom Caucus.

Donald Trump lashed out at the Freedom Caucus Thursday morning, tweeting, "The Freedom Caucus will hurt the entire Republican agenda if they don't get on the team, & fast. We must fight them, & Dems, in 2018!"
The House vote on the Obamacare repeal bill was pulled on Friday due to insufficient support, in part from the hard-line Freedom Caucus members who didn't think the bill went far enough.
Since then, Trump has criticized the group on multiple occasions.
He tweeted on Sunday, "Democrats are smiling in D.C. that the Freedom Caucus, with the help of Club For Growth and Heritage, have saved Planned Parenthood & Ocare!"
During a press briefing after the bill failed, Trump was asked if he felt betrayed.
He remarked, "No, I'm not betrayed. They're friends of mine. I'm disappointed because we could have had it. So I'm disappointed. I'm a little surprised, to be honest with you."
Meanwhile, Freedom Caucus member Rep. Justin Amash responded to Trump's tweet on Thursday, "It didn't take long for the swamp to drain @realDonaldTrump. No shame, Mr. President. Almost everyone succumbs to the D.C. Establishment."
