Ingredients: ========== Pizza Bread Cheese (crushed)- 3-4 cups Onion - 1 pc big Capsicum - 1 pc big Tomato - 1 pc big Cabbage - 1-2 cups Paneer - 1 cup slicked Red Chili Powder - 1-2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1-2 tsp Tomato Sauce - 1 cup Salt - to taste Cooking Oil
Method: ======= 1. Fry Paneer (soft cheese) for 30-40 sec to reduce it's smell. 2. Fry Onion, Cabbage, Capsicum together for 2 mints. 3. Add tomato, turmeric, chili powder and salt to fried vegetables and cook it for another 2 mints. 4. Lastly add tomato sauce and mix it well. 5. Make very small holes on pizza base with fork to absorb tomato sauce into bread. 6. Make a layer with tomato sauce on a base. 7. Make another layer with cooked vegetables on the base. 8. Cover the base with crushed cheese. 9. Add fried Paneer (soft cheese) as a toppings. Also you can add other toppings as you like. 10. Finally cover with lots of crushed cheese to increase taste. 11. Place a Pizza base on frying pan with adding oil on medium heat for 3 - 5 mints.
