Spanish government assumes responsibility for 2003 Yak-42 crash

After Spain's Defence Ministry recognised its responsibility in the 2003 Yak-42 crash in Turkey in which 62 Spanish soldiers died, the families of the victims say the recognition will lead to "reparation and healing."
