Trump: North Korea nuclear strike 'won't happen'

President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter after North Korean leader Kim Jong-un announced that the intercontinental ballistic missile is in its final stage of completion. The North Korean leader said in his New Year's Day speech that the weapon is capable of reaching any part of the U.S. North Korea has repeatedly worked towards improving its nuclear capabilities, and has even conducted a fifth nuclear test in September.
