Denis ” Denis” 1978 France mega rare Private Hippie Acid Psych Folk only 100 copies pressed
Denis composed the music in hippie commune between 68 and 78. Music is stoned psychedelic folk with percussions, guitar, dulcimer and it’s sung in english. Made on tiny label not even 100 copies made. Similarities to Comus MARK FRY SUBWAY T.REX and some moments DAMON but most of all Bobby Brown.Considered mega acid folk/psych rarity as only 100 copies are rumoured to be pressed…….
Rare as hell! Is it good then? You ask. Yes it is mellow songs acustic guitar and xylophone and some other cool instruments. The vinyl was problably made in less then 100 copies and released on the tiny Baba Cool System label. He lived in a hippie community and recorded the songs between 68-78 and then released this one.
The best track is the 10 min song. I get some Comus wibes when I listen to it. (ProgNotFrog)

An indie folk master piece. It reminds me sometimes of The Cure (The folk songs of course) or The Brian Jonestown Massacre. Recommended! …
