Lauki(bottle gourd) peeled, blanched and grated 1 small
Besan (gram flour) ½ cup
Nachni flour (ragi flour) 2 tbsp
Soya bean flour 2 tbsp
Green Chilli chopped 3 no
Ginger and garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
Dahi 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 /2 tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Curry leaves 8-10 nos
Method
.In a bowl add besan, soya flour, nachni flour, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli , ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, curd , soda, coriander leaves , spring onion chopped and mix together
•Grease a tray with little oil and place the mixture in it and spread evenly
•Now heat the steamer and steam the mixture for 5-10 mints or until cooked
•Now cut it into desire shape .
•For tempering: - Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves sauté for ½ mint.
•Pour the tempering on the wadi and serve hot.
