Desi Chinese Hakka Noodles with a twist as done in households of some families, shown by Chef Harpal Singh
Here is how you can make this recipe:
Chana Hakka Noodle
Ingredients
Oil- 2-3 tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
Garlic Chopped -1 tbsp
Green chilli chopped- 3 no
Onion sliced -1 small
Carrot Juliennes – 1 small
Boiled kala chana – 1 cup
Cabbage Shredded- 1 cup
Capsicum Juliennes – 1
Salt to taste
Soya sauce - 11/2 tbsp
Red chilli paste – 4 tbsp
Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Noodles – 3 cups
Spring onion Chopped – 2 tbsp
Method:-
1. Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic, green chilli and sauté.
2. Add sliced onion and carrot and sauté for sometime.
3. Now add boiled chana cabbage, capsicum salt and stir well
4. Add soya sauce, red chilli paste, black pepper powder, vinegar, and mix well.
5. Now add boiled noodles and tossed. Lastly add Spring onion chopped and mix.
6. Remove it in a serving bowl and serve hot.
