ZOE max rank now lowers the MAXs resistance to small arms fire by 5% instead of 10%. All ranks: 9/8/7/6/5% reduction.
Comet direct damage while under the effects of ZOE increased from 347 and 375. Max damage range increased from 10 to 15 meters. Min damage range increased from 50 to 85 meters."

ZOE is less powerful in practically every aspect now. The mobility is still a viable and substantial benefit, but the damage boost is negligible in live-fire situations. Damage boost is ineffective due to the inaccuracy/low rate of fire of VS AI weaponry; an accuracy bonus would be more fitting for this ability. It has next to no teamplay potential, because you cannot turn the ability off. This creates undesirable situations where your support (Engineers) are overburdened for the ability's duration, and may effectively render the MAX "out of the fight" until the ability runs its course.
