In the recent edition of the publication ‘Rumiyah,’ the terrorist group writes, “One need not be a military expert or a martial arts master, or even own a gun or rifle, in order to carry out a massacre or to kill and injure several disbelievers and terrorize an entire nation.”
It reportedly suggests, “The method of such an attack is that a vehicle is plunged at a high speed into a large congregation of (non-believers)..."
At this time, the threat level of such an attack occurring is considered low, notes the New York Post.
