Thief Breaks Into Car To Steal A Kit Kat

A Kansas State University student claims that a thief stole a Kit Kat bar from his unattended car and left a handwritten apology note.

Kit Kat bars are treasure trove of chocolaty, crispy goodness and often impossible to resist.
A student at Kansas State University underestimated the intense power the candy holds over many.
Not long ago, Hunter Jobbins left his car unattended for about 15 minutes and returned to find a handwritten note.
It read, “Saw Kit Kat in your cup holder. I love Kit-Kats so I checked your door and it was unlocked. Did not take anything other than the Kit-Kat. I am sorry and hungry.”
Jobbins posted a picture of the apology letter on Twitter.
Though he didn’t get a great deal of sympathy from some of the site’s users, the company that makes Kit Kat was sensitive to his plight.
It tweeted, “Who steals someones Kit Kat?! WHO DOES THAT?! Shoot us a DM and we'll replace it for you.”
