Liberia is endowed with vast and varied natural resources, a large biodiversity, green vegetation and a climate favorable to agriculture. However the country’s biggest enemy is corruption. In fact, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has declared it 'the major public enemy.' But transparency advocates are fighting this endemic enemy and their fight is yielding results.
