Georgia Man Arrested for Asking to See a Warrant

The short version is his daughter was being investigated. They brought a full swat team to the house. Then when he asked to see the warrant beat the shit out of him, charged him with felony assault and the misdemeanor and later dropped charges pending a whole list of things including a waiver to his 4th amendment rights.
