Trump: 'If I win, I want special prosecutor looking into Clinton's 'situation'

Donald Trump on Sunday night issued a remarkable threat against Hillary Clinton "If I win, I am going to instruct my Attorney General to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation," Trump said.
