A tornado was spotted in the Kipp township, west of Kansas City, on Thursday, October 6. Forecasters issued tornado warnings for the Kansas City area, warning of tornadoes, strong winds and large hail. At least three houses were damaged and power lines were downed in Saline County, according to Salina Journal.
