Google Chrome has a secret built in endless runner dinosaur game. To access this game you have to follow these steps:

-Disconnect from the internet
-Cry (this is important)
-Open Google Chrome
-Try to bring up a web page
-When the Dino appears, press the Up Arrow key or Spacebar to start

There are also some sites that have this game up.
